By using the services of SAE Global Logistics Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  1. Services
    SAE Global Logistics provides freight forwarding, air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, and project handling services subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Shipment Information
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the shipment, including cargo description, weight, dimensions, value, origin, destination, and required documentation.
  3. Customs & Documentation
    Customers must provide all documents required for customs clearance and international transportation. Any delays, penalties, duties, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
  4. Freight Charges
    All freight and service charges are subject to the agreed quotation and may vary due to changes in carrier rates, fuel surcharges, exchange rates, customs duties, taxes, or other applicable charges.
  5. Cargo Restrictions
    Customers must not offer prohibited, restricted, hazardous, or undeclared goods for shipment. SAE Global Logistics reserves the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with applicable laws or carrier regulations.
  6. Delivery Times
    Transit and delivery times provided by SAE Global Logistics are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, weather, carrier schedules, port congestion, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  7. Cargo Liability
    Liability for loss or damage to cargo shall be governed by the applicable laws, carrier terms, and agreed conditions of carriage. Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate cargo insurance where required.
  8. Third-Party Services
    SAE Global Logistics may engage airlines, shipping lines, customs agents, transporters, warehouses, overseas agents, and other service providers to complete shipments.
  9. Payment Terms
    Customers are responsible for settling all agreed charges within the specified payment terms. Additional costs arising during shipment may be payable by the customer where applicable.
  10. Force Majeure
    SAE Global Logistics shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, government restrictions, port closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  11. Changes to Terms
    SAE Global Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms may be published on our website.
  12. Acceptance
    By requesting or using our logistics services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable carrier or service-provider conditions.
